Privacy notice
Last updated: 26 October 2026
This notice explains what happens to information you share with CROLANE through this website, written for humans rather than lawyers. If anything is unclear, email admin@crolane.in and we will explain it.
What the contact form collects
When you submit an enquiry, the server receives:
- Your name and email address (required)
- Your company name and website URL, if you choose to provide them (optional)
- The service you selected
- The project details you wrote
- Basic technical metadata handled automatically by the server, such as your IP address and request time, used for abuse prevention such as rate limiting
How it is used
To deliver your message to our inbox and reply to your enquiry. That is the whole purpose. Submissions are not added to marketing lists from this form, and your details are not sold, rented or shared for advertising.
Where it goes
The website runs on our hosting provider, which processes the request so the email can be sent through our mail provider. Your message then lives in an email inbox. We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for the conversation and any follow-up work, then delete it on request.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising or marketing cookies, and there is no analytics script baked into these pages. All the interactive demonstrations run in your browser and send nothing back to us. Smooth scrolling and animations are purely local.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing admin@crolane.in. We will act on verified requests without a fee and without a fight.
Changes to this notice
If how this site handles information changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised. Continued use after an update means the current version applies.
